Our family of seven spent a week in this condo and had an excellent time. The location was perfect, just around the corner to the beach and pools with a patio and bbq area right outside the door. The beds were extremely comfortable and I have never stayed anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen. The condo was very spacious and comfortable.It was nice being on the first floor--- no hauling things up stairs or waiting for elevators and you could park practically right outside the door. The bathrooms were large and well stocked with plenty of towels. Regency Towers had great facilities san antonio river walk hotels and was very clean. I can't say enough about what a great rental this was and what a great time we had. If we travel to this area next summer we will definitely try to stay here again!
We used this condo for our family vacation and will definitly rent again. It was well maintained(exceptionally clean), stocked with anything you may need, from the kitchen to beach toys and umbrella's. It was in a great location as we had 2 small children san antonio river walk hotels with us and it was around the corner from the pool and the exit to the beach. THIS IS THE BEST CONDO WE HAVE EVER RENTED. WE WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN. GREAT LOCATION, VERY SPACIOUS. VERY CLEAN. BOTTOM FLOOR WAS WONDERFUL. JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE POOL. GRILL RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. THE RENTAL WENT REALLY WELL.
We use our vacation home for our families and grandchildren often so we are aware of items /amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We are gratified when guests appreciate our efforts to make this an enjoyable place to visit. The first floor location is a big plus, especailly if you have children or a guest with mobllity challenges. The view of the sunset from the patio and the proximity to the grilling area are added bonuses. Many of our guests san antonio river walk hotels are repeat visitors. The condo speaks for itself.
