After the refusal, the appellant searched on internet for translation of certificate of secondary ed




The appellant's application travel trailer blue book for leave to remain in UK as Tier 4 General student migrant was refused on 16th of February 2010 and received by her solicitor on 1st of March 2010 (Please see the received stamp on the refusal letter).
The appellant came in UK on 4th of September 2004 as a student. Her first leave was till 15th of December 2004. The appellant was granted further leave to remain in UK as a student on 22nd of March 2006 till 30th of April 2007. The appellant was granted travel trailer blue book 3rd leave to remain in the United Kingdom as student on 18th of April 2007 till 13th of June 2008. The appellant was granted her fourth leave to remain the UK as a student on 7th of February 2009 till 31st of October 2009. The appellant was granted her last leave to remain the UK as student travel trailer blue book on 7th of December 2009 till 25th of December 2009.
The appellant submitted along with her application visa letter from the School of Business travel trailer blue book and Law, her Certificate in Business travel trailer blue book Management from Association of Business Executives and original Certificate of High School from School No.34 Samarkand Uzbekistan to obtain 30 points under Appendix A of the immigration rules.
I reply of the attribute objection raised by the secretary of the state UK border agency, the appellant would like to submit that the respondent gave last leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a student for less than a month which the appellant received on 15th of December 2009 afterwards she joined School of Business and Law for B.A (Hons) Business Management Programme from the University of Gloucestershire. As her leave to remain was expiring on 25th of December travel trailer blue book 2009 she required to file further extension application as soon as possible. The appellant failed to send translation of her High School travel trailer blue book Certificate because she was in short of time and she didn't knew that she required sending the translation of her High School Certificate as the college gave her visa letter on the ground of original certificate without travel trailer blue book translation. It is further submitted that it was her understanding that Home Office, if required can ask her to translate the Certificate or can get translated. travel trailer blue book As the Christmas holidays was near when she received the passport from the home office and she was not aware of the place from where she could get the translation of her school certificate. Hence, she applied without the translation of her school certificate.
After the refusal, the appellant searched on internet for translation of certificate of secondary education which she got after 5 days. Her certificate translation is from Wolfstone translation Ltd. Who are member of ATC (Association of Translation Companies) which the appellant is submitting along with his Notice of appeal to obtain 30 points in her attribute under Appendix A of the immigration rules.
In reply of the maintenance objection raised by the secretary of the state UK border agency, the appellant would like to submit that her last course of study was of more than a year. As the college is inside London, therefore, she needs to show that she has 1600 in her account for living expenditures.
The total fee of the course is 6,950 out of which she paid 2,950 before the submission of her application. It is pertinent to mention travel trailer blue book here that the said course fee is of the whole course. The duration of the course is 2 years. Infact, she paid initially 2950 and had arrangement with the college for the remaining payments. They gave her payment plan wherein they asked her to pay remaining balance of 4000 in four easy instalments. The first payment of 1000 was due on 15th of February 2010 which she already paid and remaining 3000 she will pay according to the payments plan. It is further submitted that she provided along with her Tier 4 application the payment plan which was completely ignored by the respondent.
The next payment of her fee is due on 15th of June 2010. So, the first year fee of the course from 22nd of December 2009 to 22nd of December 2010 will be 5,950 out of which she already paid 2,950 at the time of the application and 1,000 thereafter as first instalment. Therefore, the remaining first year fee will be 2,000.
It is accepted by the appellant that at the time of submission of application she only provided her personal UK bank account statement and a letter dated 22nd of December 2009 from Lloyds TSB bank showing balance of 1,900.97. She failed to provide along with her application her father bank statement from Uzbek Bank who had in his personal account on 22nd of December 2009 41521 USD equivalent to over 27,500 sterling pounds.
The money she needs to show to get maintenance funds points is 2000 remaining tuition fee of the first year plus 1,600 living expenditures for next two months as her previous course was more than six months equal to 3,600. Whereas, she has sufficient money in her father's account to prove maintenance funds.
The Annex C, HC 395, contained a discretion allowing the respondent to consider the appellant overall financial position at the date of application. Furthermore, the appellant's father had enough funds in his personal Uzbek bank account.
