LOS ANGELES, California - Green Globe announced certification of the Qbic Hotel Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Over the past few years, this 4-star hotel has demonstrated an innovative approach to minimizing its impact on the environment, and ranks among the greenest hotels in the Netherlands.

Packaging is reduced to a minimum, and the property supports regionally-available recycling programs. Waste volume and weight is measured daily. Awareness is promoted among guests at multiple levels, cleaning of bed linen and bathrooms is provided every four days, and all cleaning products are eco-labeled.
