I doubt there is a car rental outfit in Europe that would allow you to transport a car to another continent, but even if there were, just renting in Portugal and dropping off in Spain is going to cost you a boodle.
You cannot take a rental car to Morocco. You could drop it off in Algeciras, go over to Morocco and pick up another, go back to Algeciras and pick up yet another car and drop it in Barcelona. There would be a drop-off fee for the Lisbon to Algeciras car but may be worth it. Don't bother with Gibraltar. There's deals on royal caribbean cruises nohting much there, and the line to get in is hours long. Spain and Gibraltar are, as usual, at war.
