And these others words because I'm forced to write more than just that. I don't see what could be improved. I'm a pretty rent a car menorca simple person when it comes to editing. And there isn't anything that ticks me off about this photo
Great shot! Although I think you went a tiny bit too far with the contrast and the saturation. If you look at the top of the tower you can see the loss in detail from contrast and saturation. I'm not saying you shouldn't have modified it but I think you went a tiny bit too far.
Thank you for your comment about my job. The more comments I get, the better rent a car menorca will be my next uploads. I totally agree with you about that, actually, I've had some issues to my calibrate my monitor as it should be, because it's a new one, I got it this week. I will be more aware about these details for the next times. It's such a pity that we can't do any kind of adjustment after uploading our images to the site, because it's something so simply and easy to be solved.
I agree this is an amazing shot. It would make a good postcard - and probably a unique one at that. For so popular a subject as the Eiffel Tower that's saying something, I think. rent a car menorca I don't usually like HDR images because they look so unnatural. But the wide-angle shot already exaggerates the perspective dramatically, so some strong coloring seems appropriate in this case.
Don't get me wrong either guys this could definitely go on a postcard and it's one of my favorite Eiffel Tower shots. I know sometimes I sound like I have more bad than good to say about pictures on IFL but that's only because I think the bad is more helpful to point out. I was just giving constructive criticism like I usually do. I like to be as honest as possible because I know I'm pretty good at describing artwork in art terms (or so I'm told), and it's the way I like people to be when they talk to me about my work... just honest. Thanks again for this awesome piece! =)
Terrific shot, especially considering it's an HDR. I actually don't mind and sometimes even prefer some tastefully blown-out highlights in night images. It makes them pop just a bit more, and as long as important detail isn't lost, no harm done. I think you did a great job with this one.
