Celebrity Big Brother continues to unravel the characters from the red carpet on Channel 5 and the third eviction is now imminent with four celebrities for the eager punter to chose from. It seems more likely that this is more about two wealthy alpha males competing for a mate than it is about the wiles of an attractive woman, who actually seems more natural than many of the personalities that have appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.
Prince Lorenzo did escape nomination this week, but The Situation did not and he is the outsider this week like CherylFerguson was at 20/1. Who goes will centre on who the audience sympathises with in this strange romance. The camera has given equal time to both characters and it must be said that the time it spends on Sorrentino has not been flattering. His ruminations tend to be about himself and the choice he has to waste money on nothing. Whilst the incumbents in the house may feel Danica is the wily siren and Sorrentino is the victim, the viewers may well see things differently.
Model Rhian Sugden and Mail journalist Samantha Brick are both close behind at 13/8 to go. Rhian has been subject to the same accusations of emasculating men, this time it is judo man Ashleigh who is seen as the victim. Whilst the men in the house are calling foul play when the women they are predating are not interested, helped by an over protective and motherly Julie Goodyear, this will soon illicit irritation from the viewers rather than sympathy. Samantha brick has done little wrong but for this reason is viewed with suspicion by her colleagues, together with the obvious mistrust that comes from her profession.
