HOLLYWOOD, Fla.  – Hard Rock Live at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino will host a "Battle of the Beach—Indoor Style" as the national Beach Soccer teams from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Venezuela and the United States will take part in the first-ever Beach Soccer U.S. Indoor Championships, November 13-18, 2012. Tickets go on sale September 21 at 10 a.m.
All six teams will compete at each session in the tournament's round-robin format, ensuring that fans of every country will be guaranteed to see their stars in action whenever they attend. The sessions on Tuesday, November 13 through Saturday, November 17 will begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. The squads will be divided into two, three-team groups, with the top finishers in each group facing off for the title in the Championship Final and consolation matches on Sunday, November 18 at 2 p.m. Doors open at 1 p.m. The exact schedule of matches will be determined grand canyon north rim lodging when the group draw takes place.
Beach Soccer WorldWide, which administers and operates the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) -endorsed sport of beach soccer that was first played in 1994, has entered into an agreement with Beach Soccer North America (BSNA), granting that organization the exclusive rights through 2015 to promote international team matches in the United States and Canada.  The Beach Soccer U.S. Indoor Championships will be BSNA's first event, and it the third time that international teams will battle it out in an indoor arena (the other two competitions previously hosted in Moscow and Paris).

The six teams competing in the Beach Soccer U.S. Indoor Championships have all enjoyed success, although none can match the Brazilian squad that won four consecutive grand canyon north rim lodging World Cups until being upset by Russia in last year's World Cup in Italy.  Bruno Malias, a top playmaker and scorer, anchors Brazil which will come into the tournament as the logical favorite.  Leading the U.S. team will be Captain Francis Farberoff and fellow South Floridian Oscar Gil, along with Yuri Morales and Zak Ibsen.  The Americans are hoping a home "sand" advantage can propel them to victory against some of the world's finest beach soccer teams.
One of the top all-around players in the world, Morgan Plata leads Mexico in its quest for the championship, while Spain's captain, Ramiro Amarelle, a four-time MVP of the European Beach Soccer League, will be a key to the team's chances.  Two outstanding veterans—Edgar Quintero and Carlos Longa—head up the Venezuelan squad, while Colombia's blend of youth and experience, in the form of Guillermo Perez and Oswaldo Sanchez, will be counted on to lead their country's efforts.
